A whole year has passed since NFTs made their triumphant debut in one of the largest art festivals in the world. Since then, the NFT industry has experienced great turbulence and upheaval. However, in the eyes of the art world, blockchain technology has matured into a vital tool for the current generation of contemporary artists.

This latest event saw an even greater representation of crypto-enabled art, from NFT weddings, AI portraits, epic paint parties, metaverse installations, high fashion, and positive insights from the most prominent players in the market. All were attended by the largest crowds of interested visitors and avid art collectors the event has ever seen.
Art Basel treated those in attendance to a captivating exhibition of the finest digital and physical artworks from the NFT sector. They featured the wildest, weirdest, most colorful, and downright outrageous creations that the mind can imagine. The event brought a welcome boost of positivity and optimism to an industry crippled by the last year’s events.
So, as Art Basel wraps up its fantastic celebration of contemporary art in Miami, all eyes will move to Hong Kong for its next grand exhibition.
