Despite a lukewarm response to its initial Quartz offering, Ubisoft is soldiering on with its NFT ambitions. This time around giving its significant backing to mobile-focused card battling game, ‘Cross the Ages’.
With the help of the hard-hitting gaming developer, Cross the Ages raised a magnificent $12 million in seed funding, including additional significant contributions from Animoca Brands, Polygon, and The Sandbox co-founder, Sebastian Borget. Therefore, providing a mighty following of support for the gaming startup as it hits its ascendency.

Cross the Ages exists in a surreal realm where high-fantasy meets science fiction, blending magnificent artworks with incredible gameplay. Each playable component features an intricate NFT that users can additionally redeem for its physical component, enabling a highly engaging gaming experience that appeals to old school collectors and the technologically astute alike.
The first look at the forthcoming gameplay will arrive via a beta release in May, while the inaugural NFTs will make way a month later in June.
